The President stressed that the new library, located in the historic center of the Salvadoran capital, is compatible with the security efforts made by his government, and that the current circumstances that the country is going through will make it easier for family groups, youth, and children to access it. For his part, the Deputy Minister of Culture indicated that the building has an area of 24 thousand square meters and will remain open 24 hours a day throughout the year, which makes it the first library in the world in its administrative form.
Doradea also explained that this library is a modern 5G building equipped with Internet on the seven levels that it consists of and will serve the Salvadoran population daily.
